How is DORMA Group structured?

DORMA is now well on the way to transforming itself from a medium-sized enterprise into a global player. DORMA has also recently adapted its management structure in order to meet even more successfully the requirements of its world markets. The new organisation reflects our growth strategy. At its core, it is founded on the DORMA philosophy of flexibility and adaptability in relation to customer requirements. The organisation comprises four basic corporate levels: a holding company responsible for the strategic management; the five divisions – Door Control, Automatic, Glass, STA (Security, Time and Access) and Movable Walls; 12 customer-oriented Regions; and several in-house Shared Service Centers. The four divisions and 12 regions are each responsible for their own profitability.

 

Manufactured in the company’s ISO 9001** certified facilities in Reamstown, Pennsylvania and Steeleville, Illinois, DORMA Architectural Hardware is delivering the next generation of door system technology, including surface closers, concealed closers, locks and key systems, exit devices, low energy operators, coordinator/closer systems, fire/life safety, overhead stops/holders, electronic access control and pivots.
