Benefits
As an employee of DORMA, you will be entitled to company provided benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability and a 401(k) plan.
Employees will have the option of selecting from two medical plans offered to all employees. The “Standard Plan” is a Blue Cross, 90/10, PPO plan and is 100% paid by the company. The “Premium Plan”, also is a Blue Cross PPO plan covers 100%, with no annual deductible. The Premium Plan does require employee contribution.
