Carlyle Condominiums

Opus Architects & Engineers have recreated the ambience and amenities of the most luxurious hotels of Europe or New York City in The Carlyle Condominiums—a newly constructed 39-story complex in the midst of downtown Minneapolis. Located in the historic Mill District near the Mississippi, The Carlyle’s post-modern architecture complements the surrounding buildings, while still creating a grand impression. On the inside, condominiums range from high-end penthouses on the upper stories down to single bedroom condos on lower floors. Most residences have at least one balcony that affords panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the Falls of St. Anthony. No matter the time of day, a door attendant greets Carlyle residents and guests as they enter the 2-story marble-floored lobby decorated in wood paneling and bright fabric accents. Like in the best hotels, residents have access to a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and rooms for conducting business. For informal get-togethers, the Great Room offers comfortable seating around a fireplace. An adjacent bar, catering kitchen, wine tasting room, and dining room augment entertainment possibilities. The Carlyle pays equal attention to the design, luxury, and convenience of each private residence. Every condo is different—customized to the tastes and lifestyles of its owners.
